Calendly is a Meeting Scheduling software that allows you to schedule, prepare and follow up on external meetings. Their main service is allowing anyone to book calls via a simple scheduling page where you can see all slots avaliable.

The Product

Calendly allows you to share avaliable slots from your calendar with others and make them bookable via an online form. This makes it faster and easier to schedule meetings without going back and forth on emails. After booking a slot calendly will send out a confirmation email to both parties and add the event to your calendar.

The software is offered as a freemium version where basic features are avaliable for free but premium features like, automatic integraions with video conferencing and payment services require a paid plan.

The Company

Calendly is a company that was founded in 2013 by Tope Awotona and discontinued the usage of physical offices in July 2021. Since then they are working as a fully remote company.
